I have purchased from this company before and they are NOT the probloem, its Royal Mail! They are the fly in the ointment. I did finally get this several days later it took 2 weeks which is not normal. Often, when an item is that late, Royal Mail has destroyed it in the sorting machines or stolen it. However, they were very late with a letter that was written a month before i finally recived it. um,,,,,
