They went above and beyond to ensure it wasn't damaged during shipping. It also matched the pictures and description perfectly. It being used I was expecting it to be dirty or at the most pressure washed. It came painted silverish and it had been cleaned very good because the paint stuck to it. Wasnt just a quick spray paint job where they paint over dirt and grease
