Once we were informed by the buyer they had received the incorrect item, we promptly replied with steps on how we can organise the return and refund, or indeed exchange for the correct item. Sadly, we didnt receive a response from the buyer. We are of course happy to still organise the return, but have requested that the buyer remain from using inappropriate language or name calling in future.
