Purpose of ebay is not to offload defective store merch onto unsuspecting buyers. The black version of these boots won't allow any foot to pass through the shank as several buyers at Zappos and Bloomingdale's mention in online reviews. Seller's business evidently is sticking people with pricey defective items unsold by stores.
