They were impossible to properly attach to the clock rendering it useless.Reply from: gra_and_afch_2- Feedback replied by seller gra_and_afch_2.- Feedback replied by seller gra_and_afch_2.We are specifically do not insert the Tubes into the Clock's Sockets to prevent them from being broken upon delivery. Because we had a significant number of times in the past when Tubes arrived damaged. So we pack them individually in the box for safe delivery. Regarding the insertion you can use our YouTube channel's 'GRA & AFCH' Tutorial that is specifically depicts how to install the Tube into the Socket of the Clock and how to replace the Tubes as well.
