The bulbs function, yet, the the shank or body is too long and leds are too far forward to allow the leds to focus correctly to cast a good aim towards the center and surrounding reflector bowl for a more effective beam reflection. Correct color and brightness but the leds needs to be brought much closer to the base pin in order to make the most effective light reflection. The center led grouping is ok but can use a few more leds.
