    Though shipping was expensive, $9.58 to ship a single .5L glazed ceramic bier mug, they obviously took care in package preparation to ensure undamaged delivery, so I appreciate that they were simply charging for their time. And I did agree to the shipping charge up front. If the item had not been packaged with CARE and caution, as it was, I would not have been as charitable about the shipping cost. Instead, NICE JOB.
