With the greatest respect this is nonsense. I believe the buyer has inadvertently accessed the wrong page of the Royal Mail web site(?). It is indeed RM tardiness that has caused the delay. Order arrived at 15:44 on the 9th after last collection. The Ebay record was updated as dispatched on the 10th and parcel was in Royal mail hands by 15:44 on the 10th (as shewn by tracking data). Buyer alerted me on the 19th of the non arrival & an immediate refund was issued (I was diving in Mauritius)
