    Fast response. 1 pair was defective, 1 pair was good. The good pair didn't fit, but not a fault of the bar end. My bar was not made correctly. Seller refunded full amount for both pairs. I asked seller if they would pay 1/2 of return shipping because of the defective pair. Seller said they could not pay for any return shipping. If I'd only ordered one pair, & it was defective, this would be more an issue-as in, one that I would escalate. Seller should have fairly paid 1/2 return shipping.
