This company is less than two hours from my house and 1 meter of cable took almost a week to arrive despite spending £5 on postage. It was send 2nd class large letter in a 20p envelope, over £3 of my postage went in their pocket and when I brought it to their attention I was basically told it was my fault because I chose to buy from them. No apology, no partial refund for overcharged postage, just a 'cba' exchange presumably because it was a small order.
