This keyboard did not arrive even packaged and additionally missing two keys that were never in said box, it is the first time that ordering keyboards from eBay they come out with this type of shipment, and the seller mentions that USPS was the cause of said problem, when It has never happened to me.

The second photo you provided shows that "the two missing keycaps" are near the back of the keyboard. Over the years, we have sold thousands of keyboards on eBay, all packaged in sturdy boxes, and none have been damaged by USPS. We offered to provide a free return shipping label and promised a full refund upon receiving the returned package, but the buyer refused to return the item. He wishes to keep the keyboard and is asking for a full refund directly.
