USPS was shipped the same day for the buyer and delivered as promised on time. The buyer did not read the listing and felt it was an entire seat and installed. No place did we every state this or do we. In addition he did not wish to return the item but attempted to extort us by demanding a refund. We did our best but PLEASE READ THE LISTING
