I contacted the seller on 9-4 and he said he promised to ship it the next day, which he didn’t. I contacted him on 9-11 and he said he promised to ship it that day, which he didn’t. Only after I opened a claim on it did he ship the poster. He said something about it being 115 degrees where he lived. You have an obligation to ship on time no matter what! Horrible experience like many have had.
