Of the 20 power supplies I purchased, eleven had problems the seller would not have known. Rather than return them I decided to repair them myself. One was dead completely because of broken solder connections. The others power LED would just flicker with no power output. To repair those, I cracked open the cases and replaced a factory defective capacitor, then glued them back together. They are all working now.
