I was the one that noticed an issue when I saw it hadn't been delivered and the tracking had stopped. I contacted the buyer to let them know about the situation. I asked if they could wait a few more days to see if it would arrive and they agreed. When that didn't happen, I promptly refunded them in full and told them that if it did arrive they could just keep it. I also said I would send it back out to them at no charge if it was returned to me. I did my best.
