Like I’d said when I placed the order & on the phone, I would confirm a delivery address when I’d heard back details about which funeral director was being used. Obviously, if this was an issue my order should’ve been cancelled but instead my instructions were ignored and I was pestered with 15 phone calls because someone there had already decided that the order was going to be despatched

Sadly as a family run business we have been severely impacted by our new born baby being taken into neonatal care, we tried to carry on and keep up but sadly some items were delayed, we do apologise for the inconvenience caused and we have now resolved all of the issues and delays we had experienced since our baby has now been allowed home.
