I was shocked at the total cost of my purchase. The barb was way smaller than expected and the shipping cost was outrageous. It is small enough for a standard envelope with a couple of forever stamps put on it. I requested they lower the cost based on the small size but received no reply. I only ordered because I was in the middle of a project and had no choice. It hits a nerve every time I look at it that I spent $15.00 on a cheap piece of plastic, but the children's smiles remind me why.

The buyer wanted to ship via first class letter, but his parts could not be shipped by the letter according to the policy of the postal office. His order had to be shipped by first class package. From our view point, his purpose was not for the part, and just for a negative feedback.
