I opened it, and no intake whatsoever inside, box seemed like it took some damage in transit so not sure what happened, I would like a refund if possible please.Reply from: checkpointtuning- Feedback replied by seller checkpointtuning.- Feedback replied by seller checkpointtuning.So you're saying you got a completely empty box, and then you waited 3 entire weeks to say anything? That ties our hands a bit about what we can claim to Fedex, since the normal human response would be to say something right away. Nonetheless, we filed a claim with Fedex for you, and their fraud/loss department we will be contacting you for their investigation. It will be investigation # C-158224974

The filter is not deep enough to stay on the pipe.Reply from: checkpointtuning- Feedback replied by seller checkpointtuning.- Feedback replied by seller checkpointtuning.Sorry, it sounds like you might have nstalled it wrong. There are pictures in the instructions showing how to install the vibramount. If you get that part wrong it will end up with everything at an angle leading to what you are describing. Please make sure the rubber mount is BETWEEN the heat shield and the car. Do not bolt the heat shield directly to the car
