Slight oil noted from under the motor in packaging but not actively leaking. Motor was installed, shipping oil drained and new oil added. I have a few SSR products so familiar with them. Upon initial start up motor was extremely hard to get past TDC. Compression was noted however it would not start. Upon removing spark plug to check a few things.
