We tried to work with the customer but he refused to provide us the necesary information for us to help him set up his coilovers. After he left the negative feedback, we can see that he had his car slammed which would result in a discomforting ride. We offered help but customer rather have this returned which we will help him with.

They act as intermediaries with BRAUM, who are the ones who actually ship the package. Keep in mind that the two rear bolts are not included and need to be sourced on your own. Iām giving a positive review because Circuit Spec R was very attentive and helped me with everything I asked. BRAUM needs to improve in some areas.
