Seller was very responsive and helpful in helping me get these returned, so that was good. Once the items were returned, refunded cost of original items, which was also good. However, the actual surgical staple remover itself was physically too large at the end to get under the veterinary surgical staple, so these are useless for that purpose. If buying these as a US customer, be prepared to keep them because the cost of returning them in the end wasn’t worth it ($19 by USPS was cheapest way).
