    Very happy with the quality and condition of the rug runner and the selling price. Very disappointed with the service. When purchased the delivery time was 3 to 5 days from ordering. Delivery was over six days longer than quoted. Tracking was available but did not work, including ParcelForce details. Contacted the seller, who responded to each message but did NOT address the issues I raised with any satisfaction. There was also NO mention of Poland being the supplier in the details.
