The Polk Audio Atrium 8SDI outdoor speaker is the flagship product of the Atrium series. The patented Single/Dual Input Switch, combined with a dual tweeter array, allows the user to utilize the Atrium 8SDI as either a single loudspeaker or the left-or-right speaker in a pair. Because the Polk Audio stereo speaker boasts an advanced design and is subjected to intense testing against the elements, the outdoor speaker can be used practically anywhere. The Polk Audio Atrium 8SDI is weatherproof and waterproof, and also includes a patent-pending waterproof PowerPort bass vent that is also equipped with a screen protector. The Polk Audio stereo speakers feature a 6.5-inch long-throw polymer cone driver supported with butyl rubber suspension for delivering quality bass and midrange response. For stereo play, the speaker has a dual voice coil driver, two single-dome tweeters built with neodymium magnets for high frequency, and a tweeter array with extreme imaging. The Polk Audio stereo speaker is simple to install with equally weatherproof hardware.
