    Seller generously accepted an offer I made which made this an amazing value. It was on my porch within 2-3 days of ordering it and was packed tight with bubble wrap so laptop was extremely secure. The only downside was that the listing had pictures of all sides of laptop except the bottom. When I receive it there was a very big scratch on the bottom. Not a big deal for me but for those who are very picky or particular, it may have been. Despite that, awesome seller, solid PC & great experience

Unfortunately the charger was not sent with it as it was supposed to be; however, I messaged the seller and he very quickly responded and sent out the charger!     Shipping was delayed, but I don't count that against the seller. Packaging was super thorough. Item is as described, but could have used a good wipe down prior to shipping considering it was a previously owned item. Listing did state no accessories, so I was a bit disappointed to see it came completely dead. Took a couple hrs to even get 25% charged initially to test it out.
