The issues I had were that they took 7 days to ship the item, and when I asked when they would be shipping the item, they only replied “processing”. As a seller on another platform processing doesn’t take 7 days. Only when I threatened to report “item not received”, did I get a full response claiming it had come back to them and now is on the way. In the meantime, I had to order another headrest and now I’m stuck with two. Overall not a great experience
