The cookie jar was wrapped in bubble wrap but there was insufficient packing material between the cookie jar and the box. The bottom of the cookie jar was broken when I received it. The seller requested photos of the broken cookie jar and the shipping box, which I provided. The seller provided a refund and offered to let me know if they found another one.
