    I see a tracking scan for my order that says ''The receiver refused, the package appeared to be damaged. UPS will notify the sender with the details.'' Reached out to the seller, they tell me they can't help, because the item was sent to ebay hub and to contact ebay. I contact ebay, they tell me they have no information on anything and to contact Israel post. Meanwhile they still shipped my order out and I have no idea what to expect. The handling of this case has been absolutely abysmal.
