    The cookie jar was expertly package, double boxed and bubble wrapped. Despite this, the Post Office still managed to damage it. I think they realized it was fragile and because so, decided to play catch with it. :( Otherwise, the jar was exactly as described and a good value. First time using the new refund process. It was surprisingly easy. Seller was apologetic for the jar arriving damaged despite it not being their fault. If the Post Office wants to damage a package, they are going to.
