Sent me nasty dark yellow whitestrips that reek like mildew so I attached a photo and messaged seller, requested refund, I offered to open all the whitestrips & send more photos, I offered to repackage them & "return to sender" with usps carrier - seller said no and has been totally difficult. He lectured me about how he has a business, insisted item is new & sealed, told me he'd get back to me today but hasn't. I asked ebay to step in.
