Still a good buy even if I had to order cable set for it. Everything came as pictured, so no deception. Packing was nice. The card works as advertised despite the missing cap (ran heaven, emulators and gpu z bus test), verifying that the seller did test this card prior to sale. I don't fault the seller for the missing capacitor as i don't think they were aware of this and the card works as expected. The card was packaged so carefully I doubt it came off during shipping. A++++++
