A food processor or blender that is accessible easily on the kitchen counter are appliances that make food prep so much easier. The Ninja Master Prep 5 Cup food processor takes that process of these simple devices and adds improvements. Unlike older style food processors and blenders, the Ninja Master Prep features blades along the shaft of the blender. The contents of the jar are churned by the blades, creating silky smoothies or creamy sauces. The user is able to control the pulse of the food processor completely to produce anything from chunky salsas to velvety dressings. When blending is complete, food comes out of the jar easily. The push-down controls of the Ninja are different from an older blender as well, and they take no time to learn. The push-down mechanism of the Ninja provides the user with a better feel for the texture of the food being processed. Checking and removing the food is done easily and quickly from the pitcher. The Ninja is easy to operate. Both the large pitcher and the work bowl have lids that act as splash guards when contents are being blended or processed. The motor unit rests on top of the containers and is removable when processing is completed. This is a complete change from older blenders or food processors. However, it adds ease of use, ease of cleaning, and added functionality to the machine. The motor unit is interchangeable between the pitcher and the work jar, offering easy and quick transitions between the two. The large pitcher has a convenient spout for pouring liquids right from the pitcher itself. Both the large pitcher and the work bowl have nonslip bottoms that add stability to the each container as they are being used. Also known as the Ninja QB 1004 , this device is compact but very powerful. Its 450-watt motor can turn ice cubes into ice for slushies or crushed ice for drinks. This solid kitchen appliance is versatile. The Ninja Master Prep can be a food processor, chopper, or blender and produces great results
