    The item I ordered was brand new and sealed as described. Sadly, the keyboard had sat in the retail box for many years and the lithium battery had completely discharged in that time. The battery wouldn't hold a proper charge either. Obviously, none of this is the seller's fault though. The seller was quick to refund me and I'd definitely order from them again.
