    Item described as "in excellent working condition" but does not work (eBay's AI bot is indicating that I say it is as described). Contacted seller and described in detail my troubleshooting attempts and requested how they determine it was in excellent working condition. No response from seller. eBay also says that "sellers try their best to help" but that is obviously false.
