    Very pleased with the laptop but it arrived with a faulty charger. I wanted to be able to charge it as soon as possible so I ordered a new charger with next-day delivery from Amazon. After raising the issue with the seller they responded promptly and were happy to refund the cost of the charger I had to buy. I am sure they would have also sent a replacement charger for no extra cost if I hadn't found my own replacement. Packaged securely, the laptop arrived in excellent condition.
