    Item arrived damaged and unusable, it was inadequately packaged. Contacted seller. She issued partial refund saying shipping damage is not her fault. If you purchase from her you’re on your own if something she sends you is broken. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE

    I’m sorry the item arrived damaged during shipping. I responded right away and explained the situation. I issued a full refund for the item and also offered to ship a replacement cookie jar at no cost to the customer, including shipping. Although the customer was not satisfied, I did everything possible to resolve the issue fairly. Shipping costs are not refunded when damage occurs in transit, which I clearly communicated.
