I was notified of shipment and provided with tracking. It was shipped in a bubblewrap mailer, with the cartridge itself being wrapped in even more bubblewrap for extra protection. There was a little 'Thank you' card along with a couple stickers included. There were no problems, I'm happy with my purchase, and I can recommend the seller. Thank you, grandsells101.
