Délai d'envoi non respecté très lent..emballage horrible on dirait fait par une sorcière cousu à la main très sale. Die Kommunikation könnte verbessert werden (zur jeweiligen Übersetzung gibt es ja div. freie Software). Die Lieferzeit war sensationell (2Tage von Indien nach Deutschland - das hat UPS geschafft. Sagenhaft!!!), der Versand war jedoch verzögert (Kauf und Bezahlung: 07.11. - Versand: 19.11.). Die Arbeit ist wohl sehr anspruchsvoll - Ergebnis: Ein sehr schönes Schmuckstück!
