      Product as described, very clean, and all parts included. Shipping was even faster than promised, however, the box it was shipped in was flimsy and arrived ripped. The printer was not totally properly wrapped with bubble wrap and a small handle arrived broken. I can work with that. If you are getting something with small parts, maybe check with the shipper and offer to pay more for double box shipping.
