The only recommendation would be include inside pictures of the bag as a buyer. I would like to see the inside of the bag. I did try to send a message but then within an hour, I did purchase the bag so I really didn’t get a chance to have communication with the seller so I can’t answer that question on Communication with seller.

Despite the fact that the glass votives were all individually enclosed in bubble wrap sleeves, two (of 24) of the votives arrived broken. I notified the seller and he was quick to respond giving me the option of returning all items or a credit for the 2 broken items. The credit was more than generous. Would definitely purchase from seller again.
