I had pictures and explained it multiple times. seller continued to argue that i should be able to make it work. Sent me a doggie door for a WALL 6 inches thick. The Posting said DOOR 2 inches thick. I had to go thru eBay guarantee to get a refund. This crook was not admitting fault no matter what. I had clear pictures that showed he sent wrong item.
