      Unfortunately, I do not control the USPS. There are several options available for shipping Buyer selected USPS. Item was delayed by the post office but was delivered. Item was exactly as listed with the No Returns turned on. If there was damage or missing parts I will refund. Post office loss is covered under shipping insurance. I am sorry you had a bad experience try changing the shipping to a different service in the future.
