We agreed to wait until received to discuss. The trousers are nice, not exactly what I thought as tge description said suitable for cruise. Personally I won't wear them for that as not what I expected, but they are nice for everyday so I'm happy to keep them for that. Nice lady when she called me, obviously genuine.
