Okay, a mistake, but when I informed them I was asked to take photos of the book cover and ISBN number and send them. I wasn't able to do it so I was told to return the incorrect book (£2, at my own expense!) for a full refund. As requested, I paid for tracking but then mislaid the tracking information. I have now been told NO REFUND because the book hasn't arrived.
