He wrongfully advised Ebay that there was something wrong with my shipping address, which is not true as shown by my purchase history on Ebay. If the seller wanted to rule out sales to US Virgin Islanders, he should have indicated such in his ad for the product, as many merchants do. Seller is at fault for not doing his due diligence. An unfortunate waste of time for the merchant, Ebay and me.
