    the shipping was fast and securely packaged , the only issue was that even tough the item was new there was a part missing probably due to a packaging error from the factory so I cannot put the blame on the seller moreover I did not have to return the item because the seller kept in touch with me , responded to all my requests and made a partial refund back to me so I can get the missing part myself . so overall I give a positive feedback for the seller .
