Xfinity was taking advantage of them because they are elderly, 350/ month for cable that hardly ever worked. So i figured if i get them this item I'm saving them over $4K/ month. There's a problem tho, now they keep asking me about the Dominican Channel, we have a sit in assistant to help them out throughout the day and that assistant says there is no Dominican Channel and the channels are not numbered, they are named.....
