Now seller does not want to issue a refund and has filed a claim. You purchased a seatbelt for a convertible & that's what you received. You needed one for a coupe and opened a return. We didn't send the wrong one, you purchased the wrong one. Not a problem, we accepted the return even though we weren't obligated to accept it. You sent us back your locked seatbelt. In order to get a refund, you must send back the item you purchased. We reached out when we received it & you said it was an accident so not sure how we're here.
