Pictures deliberately avoid showing the crack in the shaft, which MAY HAVE OCCURRED IN TRANSIT DUE TO THE PACKAGING, whatever. The price was low enough that you could maybe assume it especially since the condition was never described, but it was deceptive nonetheless, if it didn’t occur in transit, that is.
