They don't even ship your item for 10 to 15 days. I don't even think they have the binoculars in stock ready to ship. I had to cancel because I needed the binoculars for my Dad’s birthday.

The "dbx" logo is missing from the product. 3. The "Harman International" Company Trademark is missing from the product and the box that it was shipped in. 4. All references to the Harman company were removed from the instruction manual. If I have any technical issues, there is no way to contact the company. 5. There is no warranty card, so I have no warranty.
