They sent a picture of someone else's house door (with glass) where my package was dropped off at. I sent back pictures of my house and what all doors look like. They still acted oblivious to the fact that I needed help. They even advised me to knock on random neighbor's doors to try and find my order. WORST SELLER EVER!!! I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could.
